Will investing in Doddaballapur fetch me good returns within a time frame of 3 to 5 years?

Doddaballapur Road has been benefited from the recent infrastructure facelift given to the roads leading to BIA. The planned PRR and the aerospace park coming up near Devanahalli are also expected to work in favor Doddaballapur Road. Doddaballapur is a good bet if investors are considering a 3-5 years' horizon. In short the area is good for long term investment.

Which legal body has approved the project and which bank is providing home loan? What all amenities are offered?

As far as I know BIAPPA has approved the project and you can avail home loan from Syndicate bank. The project will have all the modern amenities and some of the proposed amenities offered are as follows: Mini Train for joy rides.
Boating
Vatican palace type back - ground near the boating area.
Trivi fountain with falls and swimming pools.
Cinderella Castle type theatre with auditorium.
Fairy tale Park featuring Gulliver travels.
Giant "He-Man" and much more.

Phase I is having 300 residential plots with excellent infrastructure on a land of 13 acres where there are more than 50 houses, which are all occupied, and further constructions are in progress.

Phase II is spread over 30 acres of land, which started a year back, which is also fully sold out.

Phase III will be spread over 46 acres wherein there are 485 plots of varied dimensions.
