International Airport - 20 min
Nandi Hills - 10 min
Dabaspet Industrial Area - 20 min
Tumkur - 30 mins

If you are planning to invest here make sure that you have a time frame of 5 years.

Amenities offered in this project are as follows:Bio-pool, Sacred Grove, Mini Theatre, Multi-purpose hall with pantry, Party lawns & space for Barbecue, Fitness Zone and Indoor Games - Chess, Snooker, Table Tennis.

Doddaballapur Road has been benefited from the recent infrastructure facelift given to the roads leading to BIA. The planned PRR and the aerospace park coming up near Devanahalli are also expected to work in favor Doddaballapur Road. Doddaballapur is a good bet if investors are considering a 3-5 years' horizon. In short the area is good for long term investment.

Bhagyalakshmi Properties is a Golden Gate Group Company. The price of plot in this project starts from Rs 33 lakhs on wards and the project is spread over 48 acres of land.
