Hi all,
What is current construction status of Sanghvi Shells at Baner, Pune? As i am looking to invest in this project, i wanted to know that where did it get all the approvals?

It sounds really good that you are collecting so many information before investing your hard earned money. This project comes under Pune Municipal Corporation and has got all the project related approvals. Currently the construction is in its full pace.

As you all know that most of the developer extend the possession date so many times due to several reason but i would like to know that the same story will happened with the Sanghai Shells? When are they giving possession of this project? Which are the bankers issuing loan for this project and how much i have to pay at the time of booking?

Well Neeraj,
You are absolutely right but we can't do anything. They will show you the genuine reason for delay when you asked for that. As they explain the construction work i hope that the property owner will get their property on time i.e. December'2015.
The leading bankers who are issuing loan for this property are HDFC and Axis but they will arrange with you banks too.

baner is stragetically located to the Mumbai-Bengalore Expressway. It has a close connectivity with Hinjewadi IT Hub, Aundh and Pune City. Mumbai is just a 3 hrs distance from the project. These areas have witnes a rise because of good response especiall to the secondary areas in Baner.
All day-to-day commodities are at the door step of Aundh, Baner and Balewadi areas.
