i wana buy an apartment for 20 lakhs. which is the best project and best place to buy and why?

How much they are asking for the booking? Is there any 1.5 BHK available? When are they giving possession of the property?

Well Sishir,
The booking amount will be 20% of the agreement value. Earlier they are charging Rs. 150/sq-ft as development charges now they have increased the rate by Rs.50/sq-ft.

Yes, there is only one 1.5BHK available in building no-6B, flat no-104. The date of possession will be December'2016.

Which local body has approved this project and what about the bank approval, i mean which all banks are offering loan for this property?

Well, all the required approvals are in place as project comes under CIDCO. Almost all the nationalize bank and financial institutions have approved this project for housing loan.

I am planning to buy flats in Vastusiddhi Alps. Can anybody give me the required details of this project? What is the current price they are quoting? What will be the cost of 1.5 BHK?

Vastusiddhi Alps by Vastusiddhi Group Builders and Developers strategically located at Vakdi, Panvel, Navi Mumbai. It offers 1/1.5/2BHK residential flats. it's sizes are 1BHK in 565 (Carpet area-367 sq-ft), 1.5BHK in 656 (Carpet area-426 sq-ft.) and 2BHK in 785 sq-ft. This project is spread over 3 acres of land consists 183 nos of units in Stilt+3 storey apartment. There will be 7 building of Stilt +3 storey in 16-Wings.
