They have just started with the construction and model flats are ready. It will be a 18 storied building on Old Madras Road, near KR Puram, RTO, Bangalore. The project will be spread over 3 acres of land, 302 apartments, 2 Towers between two serene lakes.

Which banks are providing home loan for this project? Is the project launched if yes, when is the possession?

Banks like Axis, SBI, HDFC, Canara have approved the project. This month only they have launched the project and it is expected to get completed by 2016, November.

I feel the area is good for investment purpose because the area is well connected and you can get apartments and properties at an affortable rates. As the area is close to IT hubs and business district, it is expected that the property price will increase and good returns can be expected in 3- 4years.

Old Madras Road is going to see a lot of appreciation for the property in near future due to the proposed peripheral ring road, which will provide rapid connectivity to the Bangalore international airport. Lot of developments are happening in this area due to the presence of a number of MNC, due to the close proximity to ITPL and the ease of accessibility to Outer Ring Road

How much is the rate per sqft going on in this project? Has the project got approval from BBMP?

The present rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 4250. Yes the project has got approval from BBMP and after the construction is over they will provide you occupancy certificate, completion certificate and A Khata.

Soft launch for TGR Ankshu Ecstasy has been done and they are planning to launch the project within 10 to 12 days. They are expecting the possession by another 30 months. All the leading banks are providing home loan for this project.
