Is it a good decision to buy a property in Kengeri Satellite Town for investment purpose?
Omar Khureshi

Kengeri Satellite Town is a locality in Bangalore which is surrounded by areas like Kengeri, Mysore road, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Jnana Bharathi and Nayandahalli. Kengeri Railway station is at just 1 km and Bengaluru International Airport is 44 km from Kengeri Satellite Town.

The locality has been in the radar of home buyers due to the easy accessibility offered by it. With the ongoing crunch for land and lack of affordable housing units in the city, Kengeri is likely to evolve as the future for real estate in Bangalore.
