its waste, if 350+ flats are constructed in just 2.09 acre, then undivided share will be just 200-220 which is very low, I have checked the location its very far, it needs atleast 10+ years to get developed, better to but site in the nearby which we will get at max 800-1000 per/SQFT, I have checked the document, lot of issues in the construction approval document

What is the total land area of this project and how far is the project from ITPL or KR Puram? Please share the price details also

Sowparnika Purple Rose is spread over 2.09 acres of land and it is around 15 mins drive from ITPL and 20 mins drive from KR Puram. The price of 2 bhk starts from Rs 25 lakhs and 3bhk starts from Rs 29 lakhs.

Are the approvals in place? What is the current rate per sqft they are quoting?

BMRDA and LIC Housing Finance, Axis, HDFC, Punjab National Bank has approved Sowparnika Purple Rose. The present rate per sqft going on is Rs 2150. There will be 10 units per floor on Aser, Begonia and Mabella block, 9 units per floor on Sunshine.

Sowparnika Purple Rose was launched on 14th March 2014 and they the possession of the project is expected by end of 2016. There are four block and 369 apartments with a combination of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
