Q: Hi,

I am planning to buy a 3bhk apartments in Silver Pearl, Hosa main road near Amritha College of Engineering, could you please enlighten me about the builder ?

Does this builder practice proper legal procedures.

Does he have any litigations pending against him

Does he assist owners to get the Khata transferred

Finally does he have a good track record of maintaining the buildings.
