Is this area legally approved? - Has any one booked any apartments in this/of this builder?

This is BBMP Approved plan, with deviation close to 14-16%, hence you will not get the Occupancy certificate, Apart from that their is no amenities, this listing is improper

Occupancy Certificate is mandatory before you can start living in an apartment. It is illegal to occupy a flat if the document does not exist for that building. Unfortunately, many residential apartments are sold without it as many people, especially the first time buyers, are not aware of its requirement.

I completely agree with you Armaan.... No one is allowed to occupy their flats until and unless the builder provide me Occupancy certificate. Occupancy certificate is mandatory and you have to check with the builder about the same before booking a flat

The project seems to be good but there is no information about the builder and they do not have any website as well. So do not know if there is legal issue with the same.

Hey Sandeep, As far as I know the project has been approved by BBMP and all nationalized bank. They will also give A Khata for this property.
