Hi Aakash, as far as I know all the 2 bhk apartments are completed sold out but limited 3 bhk apartments are available. The price of 3 bhk apartments starts from Rs 99 lakhs excluding registrations

Hi Omar, All 2 bhk apartment in this project are sold out but three bedroom apartments are there. The project is tied up with banks like SBI, HDFC, Bank of India, SBH, Axis and Bank of Baroda. BBMP has approved the project and A Khata is there.

OK... How much will a 3 bhk cost and what is the status of the project? Will the project have Cauvery Water Connection?

The rate per sqft going on is Rs 4600 and the price of a 3 bhk will cost you around Rs 99 lakhs including everything. For the time being Cauvery Water connection didnt come to that area. Cauvery water is there till Tin Factory. The project will be ready with two more months.
