What I feel is that Hosa Road is good for long term investment purpose as the area need some more time to get developed and there are not many projects and no good schools in this area.
The size of 2 bedroom apartment ranges from 850 sqft to 1025 sqft and the size of 3 bedroom apartment ranges from 1200 sqft to 1300 sqft. There will be only 60 apartments in this project and it is a G+5 floors structure.
After the launch of the project they are gong to give the possession within 15 months. BBMP and bank ( Axis, SBI, ICICI, HDFC, LIC Housing Finance, Canara, Indiabulls) approvals are under process.
Dreamz Simant is in pre launch stage and thye are going to launch the project by next month. The price of the apartment ranges from Rs 22 lakhs to Rs 32 lakhs approximately. Rs 1 lac is the booking amount.
