Developers have forgotten the project once they got their money. This was unexpected but maybe its the way they choose to operate now. a change in management thinking is disastrous for buyers
Hi Guys anyone thinking of investing in Tiara it would be wise to talk to someone who has nvested in elina and is disillusioned with the final completion of the project. The developers have started neglecting buyers once they have your money. 6 months delay in handing over , our money is locked up and the response is mere lip service now

I do not have much idea about the builder but till date they have completed only one project that is Vajram Regent and the construction quality seems to be good. Their other projects Essenza and Orchid are moving nicely. :) :)

Hi Mithilesh, It was told to me that they are going to construct 237 apartments in this project and you are telling the project will have 220 units. please explain
I have not invested in this project but I am thinking of buying an apartment for myself. I have done some market survey. Tghe project is in pre launch stage and next month they will launch the project. The price they are quoting is Rs 4250 and all the approvals are under process.
As per my knowledge, the project will be approved by BDA and banks like HDFC, Axis, LIC and SBI. It will take three years to get completed from the launching date. After the project is launched they are going to increase the rate per sqft to Rs 4750.
