No Powerbackup and Lift non-functional at Solitaire Residency Hennure main road bangalore.

I would agree with you if lift wasn't even turned on. The issue is when they turn on the Lift, it works only for 20/30 minutes and then get stuck. And then we are at the mercy of building electrician to find it out and get the lift back into working condition.. Even after multiple calls to builders appointed maintainers they don;t even bother about fixing lift immediately.. My father 75 year old, he had to climb up first three days when he went down for a walk.. And now he does not want to go for a walk.

Now for power backup.. The generator is functional. But they only turn on the common area generator.. Electrician says that they won;t start generator that provides backup for appartments.. they have been instructed to not to turn on. Even after insisting they don;t turn generator on. It looks like they are waiting for all the apartment get occupied.. but the current occupancy number is also not that low.. Finally I have decided to install invertor in my apartment.
