No Powerbackup and Lift non-functional at Solitaire Residency Hennure main road bangalore.
Q: The Lift in B block of solitaire is not functioning. The lift is new but does not work. It looks like builder does not care to repair it. The project says 24 hours power backup, but in reallity they don't have power backup. I stay here in b block. We have power cut for 2 or 3 hours almost everyday with no power backup. Hence if you plan to buy or rent out a apartment in Solitaire residency then be aware. You may have to shift your house items from stair case..

Latest Answer: One info, are you paying maintenance every month? If not paying, don't expect free facilities. As once the society is formed, the society will take care this, by taking complaints and addressing the same. Iam not a builder while I also own a flat here. But time is the answer, I have seen lot of improvements in past 2 months but lil late in things to come online.
