Hello Sanfi Faria, It is always adviceable to go for a property which is having Occupancy Certificate otherwise it can be a problem if you want to sell off your property in future.

Yes there was some offer but I think the offer is over. The offer was if you book an apartment with March 26 to 14th April, you will get 75,000 /-worth modular kitchen equipment.

The development of the region is directly proportional to the uplift in the markets and any sector for that particular region. The real estate is also upgrading along with all the other sectors. Right now the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4000.

The current rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 3200 Cyprus Oak is located opposite to the sub registrar’s office on the Begur road, off Hosur road.. The project will have 2 blocks and total of 88 units. 60 units in A Block and 28 units in B block.
