Interested in buying a 2 bhk residential flat in this project, what will be the price and it seems the project will be ready by this month.

Even I heard the same that the project will be completed by this month. The price of a 2 bhk here will cost you around Rs 1.33 crores approximately.

Hey Adnan, Today I had a word with the sales person and he told me the rate er sqft going on now is Ra 5000 and a 2 bhk with area 1225 sqft will cost you around Rs 76 lakhs excluding registrations. By when in 2017 they are planning to give the possession.

Yeah it seems they are giving special launch offer of Rs 150 off per sqft. The highlights of the project are as follows: 1) G+4 low rise apartment, 2) 3 level world class club house of 5500 SFT & 2 level basement car park, 3) Wooden flooring in all bed rooms, 4) Units with Private Garden Option, 5) Vehicular free ground level, 6) Dedicated park for meditation and gazebos.

Who all has approved the project and what are the sizes of apartments available? Will there be Cauvery Water connection?

The project is known to be approved by HDFC and HSBC bank. They will be providing A Khata and BBMP approval is under process. Umiya Woods ofers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1190 sqft to 2160 sqft.

Umiya Woods is just 2 kns from ITPL and 1 kms from Whitefield Main Road. The project is spread over 1.2 acres of land and it is a G+4 structures. There will be 96 units in this project. 33 units of 2 bhk and 63 units of 3 bhk.

The project is still in pre launch stage and they are planning to launch the project by another one months time. The pre launch price per sqft they are quoting is Rs 4750
