What is the rate going on in this project and are the approvals in place? What are the sizes they are offering?

Presently the price per sqft going on is Rs 3050 and the project has got all the approvals from BMRDA and banks like SBI, LIC, HDFL and Axis. The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 915 sqft to 1390 sqft.

Hoskote, an area in Bangalore which holds great promises and expectations. It is not a place where time will stand still. It is about a great ambiance, good infrastructure and fantastic connectivity. Recently, the government has inaugurated a BMTC bus depot which was built for Rs 4.70 crores. A new integrated satellite township with proper infrastructure has been put in place. Good road planning has taken a precedent over here.
