Hey, the villas that are available in the DLF Gardencity Phase II are all 4bhks. They have a total built-up area of 1800 square feet, and are priced at Rs. 2550 per square foot. I think that’s quite a reasonable price as you will be getting a word-class villa for only Rs. 46 lakhs. The plots of lands are for cheaper. The 300 square foot plot costs only Rs 10 lakhs, and the 1500 square feet plot costs only Rs 20 lakhs. The constructions for this project are going on currently, and you can book a villa if you want to. You will get possession of it by October 2014.

Hey, you are right. This is a pretty interesting project to invest in. The Phase I of the DLF Gardencity was on the Agra-Bombay bypass. After its huge success, the DLF group has decided to launch the Phase II of that project in Mangliya on the bypass road too. The location is pretty good, there are good localities around as well as good schools, supermarkets, and important hospitals. The Delhi Public School and Bhavans Public School are both quite close to the property.
