The price of the smaller plot is somewhere around Rs. 17 lakhs to Rs. 18 lakhs. But the prices for the bigger surface area is somewhere around Rs. 66 lakhs to Rs. 67 lakhs. These plots in the community are available in two variations. The bigger of the two plots that are avaialble has a surface area of 4860 sq ft and the smaller of the two plots should be around 1260 sq ft.

Hi, i am pretty sure the plots you are talking about are still under construction and will only be complete by the nid this year. The posession dates have come out and the expected completion dates come out in June 2015.
