Q: I don't completely understand the different types of Sarthak Singapore Green View flats in Indore. Ayone has any information on this?
Latest Answer: I saw on this link http://www.commonfloor.com/search/public?q=Talawali+Chanda+indore that I just looked it up and this project doesn't seem to have many houses or flats that are available. Probably still under construction. Don't limit yourself to just one locality in Talawali Chanda because it is a huge area! There are many other localities where you'd get reallly good houses in convenient and safe neighbourhoods. Also consider Amitesh Nagar, Mahalaskhmi Nagar and Nipania.

Q: Anyone know the bank approvals of DLF Garden City, Indore? Do you think it is a good choice to invest in a residential house in Mangliya?
Latest Answer: Bank approvals include HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd and ICICI Bank. All basic ammenities are ofcourse provided such as swimming pool, club house and gymnasium. They also have a library, a community hall, 24 hour power backup, and many other recreational facilities. You should looked into this further. it seems like a good investment. Q: I was looking at properties to invest in Indore and I heard about DLF’s Gardencity Phase II project. It must be good, since its DLF. Does anyone have some detailed information about this project? I want to know price details, locality details, construction progress details, property details, etc.
Latest Answer: Hey, the villas that are available in the DLF Gardencity Phase II are all 4bhks. They have a total built-up area of 1800 square feet, and are priced at Rs. 2550 per square foot. I think that’s quite a reasonable price as you will be getting a word-class villa for only Rs. 46 lakhs. The plots of lands are for cheaper. The 300 square foot plot costs only Rs 10 lakhs, and the 1500 square feet plot costs only Rs 20 lakhs. The constructions for this project are going on currently, and you can book a villa if you want to. You will get possession of it by October 2014.
