They have not yet decided on the possession date as the project is still in pre launch stage. All the approvals are under process. They are not revealing the size of the apartments also. :( :(
Hello Mithilesh, That offer was a pre launch offer for only three days now that the rate per sqft is Rs 3000 but now they have increased the price per sqft to Rs 3500. The project is still in pre launch stage, they are planning to launch it by next week.
