Hi there. The apartments are really nice in the Shalimar Palms. There are numerous amenities that you and your family can avail of here. There are swimming pools, club house with indoor games facilities, 24x7 electricity backup, gym, badminton courts and many other recreational facilities. The 2bhk has one master bedroom with an attached bathroom, one common bathroom, one extra bedroom, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a beautiful balcony outside. The 3bhk is almost the same except with an extra bedroom, with an attached bathroom

Hey, I have an apartment in the Shalimar Palms, so I can give you some details. It is located on the Ring Road at Pipliyahana and can be easily accessed from the A.B. Road. The price rate of both the 2 and 3bhks are the same – Rs 3100/sq.ft. The 2bhks are 1200 sq.ft. big and they have a selling price of around Rs 37 lakhs. The 3bhks have a total built-up area of 1563 sq.ft and will cost you around Rs 48 lakhs. I think you can straight away book an apartment at the Shalimar Palms, because these apartments will be perfect for you and your family if you’re planning to live in Piplyahana. Being an integrated township has added advantages, there is always a little something for everyone, regardless of their age. Your children, your parents as well as you and your wife can live very comfortably here. The 2BHK would be perfect if you have a small family. Otherwise go for the 3bhk.

Hey, don’t you know? This project has been completed since 2011 and the flats have been ready for possession since then. I think some flats are still available for sale, so you can look into that. This project is under the same developers as the famous Shalimar township, which was the first integrated township project in Indore. The units are all 2 and 3 bhk apartments, and you can definitely buy your family home here. I’d advise you to look around a bit more and check out the other apartment projects available in this area.
