Q: Hey I am an NRI, I’m moving back to India for work, and so far I am planning to shift entirely. The destination is Kochi, I’ve been checking out the Dewapier20 apartments at Marine Drive. They are a little on the pricier side, but look amazing, is there anything I should know about these apartments?
Nothing that you “should know about”, not too many negatives. I can’t think of any. The interactive jets in the kid’s pool are neat, but that is just one of the many special features. You get a fountain plaza with grand water terraces, a family pool, a 50 meters pool for doing laps, a bunch of gardens, including a private one. A pool deck, water deck, BBQ place, an Amphitheater, the list goes on and on, there are more things than you could use. Basically you will never get bored, I say if you have the money, go for it, it’s the best bet
Hey welcome back to India, a good choice, it’s one of the best options in Kochi. Very elegant, classy, and smart. Except for backwaters and privacy, the apartments are also designed to get sunlight everyday. Safety wise, the Dewapier20 is solid, you get 24/7 CCTV and in the case of a fire you have helicopters on standby. The car parks have smoke and heat detectors linked with automatic water sprinklers. They have their own sewage treatment plant, so you don’t have to worry about polluting backwaters.
If you have gone through the galleries, then you already know why it costs so much, so no need to tell you about the interiors. But anyway, I just want to say the kitchens are awesome! There isn’t much else to know, you get what you see I suppose. You may not know this tough: each apartment is designed to overlook the backwaters and the windows are positioned for privacy. Everything is perfect, I say buy it!
