Q: Will the Vardhana Constellations project be ready within a year? I will be moving to Coimbatore next March and I need to find the best property to invest in for me and my family. Please advice

Hey i agree with all these guys, this project is definitely one of the key residential properties in the Saravanampatti area. The locality itself is the most prime residential area in the whole of Coimbatore, as it has a number of schools, colleges, supermarkets, stores, and other necessary everyday amenities necessary. The best part is that the project has already received loan approvals from HDFC, Axis bank, SBI, Central Bank of India, Karur Vysya Bank and ICICI bank, so you have a wide range of banks where you can apply for your home loan.

Oh so you want to invest in the Vardhana Constellations? I think that’s pretty smart, considering that this project will be ready to move in to by the time you arrive in Coimbatore with your family next year. Constructions are on track so far, and even if there are any last minute delays, it wont be for more than a month or so. You can easily get a regular 2bhk apartment for a price of 30 lacs. The locality is also very good, so I think, all in all, this is definitely the correct choice for your family home.

Hey, good choice! I think the Vardhana Constellations is an interesting upcoming project, and it also will be completed by the time you move to Coimbatore. The apartments are designed for Indian families, so there will be plenty of space. So if you’re looking for a larger apartment for your family, Vardhana Constellations is a good call. There 2, 3 and 4bhks, and the price range is also very affordable.
