I feel that AB Road is getting crowded, so I would probably suggest you to buy property in areas like Palasia, Vijaynagar or Navlakha. I think out of this three, you should think of buying in Vijay Nagar because the area has everything you want. It has many malls, shopping complexes, and many good restaurants. The BRTS also goes by this area, so you will not have any problem moving from your house to other parts of Indore. Nariman Enclave is one good project here, and also Man Royal View.

There are so many very good projects coming up in the area, home buyers are really spoilt for choice. I am seriously thinking of buying one house in this area, I have shortlisted the Dream City project and Casa Greens. If you are thinking of buying an apartment in this area, you can consider these two, or you can also consider Ansal Town or Gerbera and Hamelia projects.

Ya, I agree, AB Road is one of the hot areas right now. I feel the best part about the area is that it has good connectivity and good frequency of buses. So many new projects are coming up in the area, there are villas, row houses and apartments to choose from. In this area, apartment prices are around Rs. 2500 per square feet, which is kind of reasonable. There are many areas in Indore which are very popular and have been growing in the last few years. One area where you can confidently buy property is in AB Road. This area is in the heart of the city and has many amenities and facilities. There are many builders like Parsvanth and Ansals who are building new properties in this area. Everything is available very near to this locality, there are markets, malls, hospitals, schools. There is also good transport facility available in this area. I think AB Road is the best bet at the moment, prices are also a little low now.
