Singanullur is one of the best residential localities in Coimbatore, and this spot has a lot of other upcoming projects, stores and superstores nearby. This project is a gated community, which means that you wont even have to leave the premises to avail of basic amenities. The usual 1, 2 and 3 bhk apartments are available here, and all the apartments are priced at just Rs 3100 per square foot.
