Good decision! I myself was considering investing in the project. The location is good, as Gandhi Park is one of the best localities in Coimbatore. It is purely residential and you will find all necessary amenities very close to your house, if you decide to invest in the Ishan Nakshatra. The price of the 2bhk is Rs 56 lakhs and that of the 3bhk is 1 crore. The project has all luxury amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse facilities, tennis court, 24 hour power backup and security.

Hey, I really think this will be a good option for anyone to invest in as it has all the basic criteria, the location is prime, the properties available under the project have a wide range of options and the prices are not sky breaking. The apartments are quite big, the 2bhk is 1018 square feet and the 3bhk is 1800 square feet. But all these apartments are priced at the same Rs 5500 per square foot.

I agree, the properties under this project are looking really good. Both HDFC bank and ICICI bank have given their approvals for this project, so you can apply for a home loan to either of those two banks. In fact you can apply to any other bank for the home loan, as this is one really reliable project, as the developer of this project is the renowned Ishan Foundation.

Hey, good choice! I think Ishan Nakshatra is an interesting upcoming project. The apartments are designed for Indian families, so there will be plenty of space. So if you’re looking for a larger apartment for your family, Ishan Nakshatra is a good call. There are 2 and 3 bhk apartments, and the price range is also very affordable.
