Q: I am planning to book an apartment in Mana Karmel but the project is still in pre launch. Any idea when they are launch the project and what is the rate per sqft they are quoting?

Banks like SBI, LIC Housing Finance, Axis is going to approve the project. No BBMP has not approved the project, it has been approved by BDA. The project is spread over 1.2 acres of land and it will have 80 apartments.

The project is exactly located on Kodathi Main Road, off sarjapur road. The project is expected to get completed by 2015 end. It offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 902 sqft to 1412 sqft.

As far as I know the project is expected to launch by another one weeks time and they are quoting Rs 3200 as the pre launch offer. After the launch they are going to increase the price.

Current the rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 3800 approximately. The price of the apartment ranges from Rs 34 lakhs to Rs 50 lakhs.
