Hi, the Daksha Hreeva is a good investment option. All the apartments are all priced at Rs 2950 psf, which is quite affordable, so your budget should be between Rs 30 to 45 lacs. It has all luxury amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, 24 hour power backup and security. Constructions of the project are currently going on and it is expected to be completed by January 2016. The apartment bookings have started and are currently ongoing.

Hey I have some information on the Daksha Hreeva project. I was myself looking through properties in this area a few days ago, so I came across this information. The 2bhks cost between Rs 32 to 37 lakhs, and the 3bhks cost between Rs. 43 to 46 lakhs. I think the prices are quite moderate as this is a pretty respectable colony. You should definitely go ahead with your investment, and do it fast, because there is a demand for this particular property.

I agree! I love how the project has been approved by all the major banks like Axis bank, ICICI, HDFC, Punjab National Bank, and even by LIC Housing Finance. That makes it all the more easier to apply for a home loan now. The 2bhks range between an area of 1091 and 1247 square feet, and the 3bhks have an area between 1475 and 1551 square feet. I think that’s plenty of options for you to choose from.

Hey, the Sree Daksha Hreeva is going to be a pretty impressive residential project, and I think investing here will be definitely a good business deal more than anything else. The best thing is that despite being located in Selvapuram, which is one of the major localities in Coimbatore, these apartments are quite affordable, the square foot price being just Rs 2950. This is quite a popular choice among buyers, so I would advise you to hurry up if you want to invest here.
