Hey the date of completion for the Thasami Sumeru project was announced to be June 2014. The construction is almost finished and I think it will be up for possession pretty soon. Other than the apartments, this project has villas and row houses as well, so you might want to look into that as well. It has all the necessary amenities, like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse facilities, 24 hour power back up and proper security. Yes, banks like HDFC, Axis bank, SBI, Federal Bank, GIC Housing Finance, Sundaram Home Finance, Punjab National Bank and ICICI have approved this project. The 2 bhks come in area sizes of 1097 and 1206 square feet, whereas the 3bhks come in 1664 and 1770 square feet area sizes. The prices of the 2bhks are Rs 33.45 lacs and Rs 36.78 lacs, while that of the 3bhks are Rs 50.75 lacs and Rs 54 lacs.
Yeah I agree with him. The place looks and feels very peaceful and serene. I think its the perfect location for a family home. The apartment prices are also quite reasonable, both the 2 and the 3bjk type apartments cost Rs 3050 per square foot. You might be able to negotiate the price down to less than Rs 3000. The project has already received approvals from all major banks so applying for a home loan should not be a problem.
Yes I totally recommend you to go for this project. It has pretty impressive stats, the construction work is almost finished, so it looks pretty impressive right now. The apartments available are 2 and 3bhk. I personally like the design of these units. But the best part is the location. Kovai Pudur is probably the cleanest locality in Coimbatore, to buy a house in. Being so close to the foothills of the mountains has its advantages; the atmosphere is fresher, and not polluted like in the rest of the city.
