Hey, the 1bhks will cost you around Rs 21 lacs, the 2bhks anywhere between Rs 40 to 50 lacs, and the 3bhks around Rs 50 lacs. The property has been already available for possession since January 2014, so I’m not sure if you will get any listings for it. But you can definitely look out for other similar projects in Coimbatore, from the Commonfloor search engine. This project has already gotten some major bank approvals, so see if you can get an apartment here, I really like this project.
Hey the apartments available are 1, 2 and 3bhks. The 2bhks come in different sizes, between 1067 and 1319 square feet, the 1bhks are all 575 square feet and the 3bhks are 1319 square feet. All these apartments are priced at the same rate – Rs 3750 per square foot. But I’m sure you can negotiate with the seller to bring down the prices a bit. I think it’s quite reasonably priced, considering the neighbourhood of Thudiyalur.
Hey see, other than the earthquake compliant feature, this project has other advantages too. I think it will be a good idea, solely from an investment point of view because of its excellent location. Thudiyalur is one of the prime residential localities in Coimbatore, and buying an apartment there is really smart, as you will get high returns and get back your investment amount in a few years itself. So I say go for it.
Definitely a good idea! A relative of mine has already invested in that project, he bought a 3bhk apartment. The construction work is still going on, but I really like how the place is turning up. You know how Coimbatore is a bit earthquake prone, right? Best thing about this project is that the building structure is going to be earthquake compliant, which means that it is more stable than most other apartment buildings, in the face of the natural disaster.
