Q: Hey, can anyone give me any information about the Coral Ennar project? I’m really interested in shifting there with my whole family. I think the apartments are quite big right?

I have just received a quote from the Coral Ennar builder with price Rs 4300/sq ft. From your message it looks like it should be around Rs 3700 per sq ft. Looks like I have been given a quote with a difference of Rs 600/sq ft. Please advise.

For your family home, yeah, the Coral Ennar is definitely a good choice. There is a lot of variety in the apartments here. They can cater to both large families, as well as individuals. The 1bhks are pretty small, I’m pretty sure that’s not what you’re looking for. I’d suggest the larger 2bhks, or any of the 3 and 4bhk apartments for you, as they will be better options for you, since you wnat to move with your entire family.

Hey I have some details regarding the price structure of the apartments in the Coral Ennar. You can check them out and see if the property falls within your budget or not. The 1bhks cost Rs 20 to 29 lacs, but I don’t think these will be enough for your whole family. The 2bhks cost between Rs 36 to 52 lacs, the 3bhks cost between Rs 57 to 66 lacs and the 4bhks cost above Rs. 1 crore. The project has loan approvals from HDFC and Axis bank, so you can apply for your home loan with either of these two banks.

Yeah she is right. There are a lot of options, and all the apartments are priced at the same Rs 3700 per square foot, which is quite reasonable as per the locality of Ganapathy. It is a gated community so I think this project will be the perfect place for your family. You wont even have to step out of the premises of the property for most amenities, like swimming pool, gym, play area, 24 hour power backup, and other facilities.

You’ll get a lot of options of different types of apartments if you decide to go for this project. Depending on how big your family is, you have 1, 2, 3, and 4bhks, of different sizes and designs each, to choose from.
