Q: Hey guys what are row houses? I was looking at properties to invest in Indore, and I came across this term. Also, can someone give me some details about the Sarthak Orchids project?
Hey yeah, I agree with these guys, this locality is the main attraction, as it is one of the fastest growing neighbourhoods in Indore. It is already 75% developed, so if you’re not interested in row houses then you can check out the other projects on this road. I personally think that the Sarthak Orchids row houses are pretty interesting. The 3bhk ones are available for just Rs 35 lacs and the 4bhk ones are there for just Rs 39 lacs.
Yes, he is right about Rau Road, there are a lot of interesting properties coming up there. The city of Indore practically starts from here, and you can still be connected to other parts of Indore like Pitampur, Ranjendra Nagar, Rau city and Mhow. The Emerald Height public school and the IPS academy are close by. So I would highly recommend this locality to you. If you decided not to go with this property then there are tons of other upcoming projects in this area that you can check out.
Yeah these row houses are like miniature villas, only attached to each other. They are actually not really attached to each other, but arranged side by side along a long row, thus explaining the name row houses. The Sarthak Orchids project in Indore offers row houses only. These are 3 and 4bhk houses and are priced at Rs 2000 psf and Rs 1750 psf respectively. The property is located in Rau Road, which is seeing a lot of real estate activity lately.
Hey, row houses are quite simple, they are just individual houses but that are set right next to each other, one after the other. So I would not advise this for you if you are looking for villas or bungalows. These kinds of row houses are getting quite popular and famous in the real estate market in India, especially in the tier two cities, like Coimbatore, Indore, Mysore, etc. If you’re interested you can find a bunch of interesting similar projects in Indore from the Commonfloor webpage.
