It is already 75% developed, so if you’re not interested in row houses then you can check out the other projects on this road. I personally think that the Sarthak Orchids row houses are pretty interesting. The 3bhk ones are available for just Rs 35 lacs and the 4bhk ones are there for just Rs 39 lacs.
