Hi everybody,
Can i get a short detail about the project? How is the developers track record in Pune Real Estate Market? What is the current price/sq-ft quoted by the developer?

Welcome Deepti,
I had a word with the developer regarding this project and ask about the project possession date and he told me that the possession will be near about 2015 end.

HDFC and SBI are the leading home loan provider of this project. Before getting the loan you have to pay the booking amount of 20% of total agreement value.

The property price in Kalyani Nagar is Rs. 8400/sq-ft whereas the price of this project is Rs. 13500/sq-ft. The average price of 1BHK is Rs. 32.75 lacs, 2BHK- 65.15 lacs, 3BHK-2.90 crores, 4BHK-8.30 crores and 5BHK- 6.80 crores.

Some of the ongoing projects in Kalyani Nagar are Water Bay by Brahma Group, possession by 2016 approx, F-Residency by Brahma Builders, possession by 2017 approx, Konark La Villa by Karia Buildrs, possession by 2015 approx, Verde by Clover Realty, possession by 2017 approx etc.
