HI Rupal, the project is in soft launch and is expected to be launched in another 2 months time and as far as investment is concerned.. this is in sector 79 Noida and is near the developed sectors of Noida. It is close to the existing metro station, NSEZ of noida and upcoming infosys campus..so it will be good as end use and even if only as investment, there will be good rentals in the area...

Well, when i asked i was told a basic price of Rs 4500/ sq ft and there is construction linked and down payment plan.... discounts are there but i guess you need to speak directly to the concerned brokers who will give discount at the time of booking...

well Rupal, as of now since the project has not been launched there are no banks associated.. however, once the project is launched , banks too will be giving their approvals as all paperwork's gets in place..
