When would the project be delivered for E type units ? at Rera it is mentioned March, 2023 whereas management suggests in 6 months.

I am looking for a flat in Xavier Urbtech, Sector-168 Noida. I just want to know that is this property worth to buy. Has builder good track record in Noida real estate? I have read many bad reviews which are not very good. I am bit confused on it. Kindly share some inputs on it.
