Hi Brajesh, If you really want to investment in property in Noida or Greater Noida, i would like to say that wait for at least 3-4 months. Recently, real estate market is very slow and lot's of inventory pile-up in the NCR region. And most importantly, Real Estate Regulation Bill and demonetisation has badly effected this sector. It is expected that the 90% of the deal in real estate market is in black money. After demonstration, construction work on many projects in NCR region will stop due to money crisis. So, if there will be no buyers then builder is impelled to low their flat prices which can benefit you in the coming month.
Hi Mukhesh, If i am not wrong, seems there is some serious issue with this project as they are trying to hard sell this since the launch of this project, and only downwards price trend is going on here. Please share your view as many buyer like me want to now about the fact. Thanks
Yes, I heard that there is some litigation issue with the land by Sorkha Village people. Confirm first before booking your flat. If this project has all the required approval and is free from any litigation case then only go for it.
Hi, Gaur Sports Wood project will be ready to move soon. I think 3995 is BSP in Down Payment Plan. There may be extra charges for PLC, Lease rent, Parking, Electric meter, Power Backup etc. Total may be around 4500/sq-ft. in DP.
