Hi Indra, The project is still under construction. What you have to say about it? Is the builder going to provide OC for this project and what about Vastu?

Yeah you are right even I got an update saying that the project will be completed by end of this year. Yeah I sales guy told that the builder is going to give OC and all the flats are 100% Vaastu Complaint.

The present rate per sqft going on is Rs 5500 and amenities offered in this project are multi purpose hall, club house, well equipped gym, wi-fi, 24 hours security and much more

In the April - June quarter of 2014, the locality price depreciated to Rs 4112 In the July-Sep 2014, the locality price appreciated to Rs 4313.

Some of the ongoing project in this area are as follows: CMRS Oasis, SLV Raj Driva, Vineyard Chrysolite, CARP Abrars Apartment, Srinivasa Mansion and ATZ Rock View

Hi Afzal, The expected possession date of the project is by end of 2015. The project is known to be approved by BBMP, BDA, A Khata and banks like HDFC, SBI, HSBC, Axis.
