Q: Hi, I want to invest in Janapriya Silver crest in Sainikpuri. Can anyone provide details about this project, builder’s reputation, are development etc.
Silver Crest offers 3 bhk villas and Row houses with size ranging from 1460 sqft to 1770 sqft. The price of viilas starts from Rs 45 lakhs on wards. There will be total of 208 vills and the project is spread over 13 acres of land. They have already started with the possession. It has got approval from banks like HDFC, Axis and ICICI.
I agree, I think you should stick with your decision to invest here, mainly because Sainikpuri is a prime and nice area. The property rates have seen an increase here, and a lot of residential projects are coming up in this area. This can cause the rates to increase further in future. I’m not sure if they have started giving possession yet. Does anyone have an idea about this?
Possession not yet given.Only 30 villas are under construction from 2012. Silver Crest future is in DARK. They have taken almost 85% of payment giving assurance of possession in Dec 2013 but as of now nothing is in hand. REGRET to say JANAPRIYA is not worth for consideration.
Sainikpuri is a great area. I have been living here for almost 10 years now, and I have seen it grow so much. Not just in terms of civic developments, but also property capital appreciation wise. Take an example of Janapriya Silver crest itself, the rates have gone up by 17% since it was launched in 2012. The neighbourhood is pretty great too. I would say it’s an ideal place to live with your family. There are few areas in Sainikpuri who faced a little drought this summer, but I guess since you are planning to invest in a gated community, you wouldn’t have to worry too much about that.
Hey, these villas at Sainikpuri are good. They are offering 3 BHK villas in different sizes ranging from 1580 sqft to 1800 sqft. I personally think these villas are very moderately priced at Rs. 3,250 per sqft, and are providing good amenities within the gated community. Also, the houses look really nice with bright orange color mixed with white, looks very modern and beautiful. You wouldn’t find a good villa by a good builder for less than Rs. 60 lacs very easily. I think this is one of the reason why these villas are a good deal. However, I would suggest if you are keen on investing towards secunderabad side only then invest here.
Hey! Janapriya Silver crest is an under construction project by the Janapriya builders. I have invested in Janapriya Nile valley in Madinaguda, and I can safely say that the builders are good and reliable. I think sainikpuri is a great location, probably the best towards Secunderabad side. You’ll find everything in this locality. However, since Silver crest is located little inside near the Tulasi gardens, you might have to walk a km or 2 to access the main road.
