@Bhaskar, The price quoted differs from builder to builder. Vajra Global is also a completed project approved by BBMP. The project is close to many well known locations, Educational institutions, Hospitals and Shopping Centers.

Till date they have completed only one project that is Vajra Global in Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore so really cannot comment on the construction quality.
