Well Jia, i was in conversation with the builder and was advised that these would be luxurious homes with hi tech security, 24 hr water and power back up, lush green surroundings, modern Gym, swimming pool, club, jogging track, kids play area etc etc

Yes ... they do have construction linked plans and that will have a basic sale price of Rs2500/sqft but if you go for down payment plan then you can get the same property for Rs 2250/sqft. They have options in 1 and 2 BHK... which is the size that you prefer???
hmmm i guess the 2 bhk is of 840 sqft size and frankly i do thin that this will be good investment.. the project has wave city adjacent and the reputed Columbia Asia hospital bang opposite to the project... so the area is set to develop and will be one of the most sought after area in years to come...
