Interested in the Mather Highlands

Q: Hello everybody. I have to move to Kochi this year as my business will be shifting there. My wife has chosen this residential project called Mather Highlands but I want to know more about it first in terms of amenities, pricing and area. Any ideas?

The project is still not completed as of Jun 2017, they claim to complete .... but have shortage of funds both from the builders & investors.

I have paid full amount as a pre-lauch offer for a flat in Elcastillo, kadavanthra in 2008. They didn't complete the project yet and offering peanuts as compensation for such delays. Please dont block your money. Let us all join and fight to get the delivery fast and for better compensation- vinpalee@gmail.com

Hello, myself and my husband were looking into the Mather Highlands property very recently, and we were all set to move there. But could not as he got transferred out of Kochi. You are lucky to be making this choice as Mather Highlands is an ideal place to live in according to my research. The amenities provided here are many, ranging from a spacious garden for outdoor activity, a large common swimming pool, play area for children, health and recreation facilities, maintenance staff, security, intercom, club house, broadband interntet, library, tennis and basketball courts, gym, library as well as community hall.

At Mather there is the availability of 2 BHK apartments which are built on an area of 1233 sq ft, and calculated according to Rs.3100 per sq ft, priced at a sale price of Rs.38.22L. The other option is a 3 BHK apartment which is built on an area of 1560 to 1619 sq ft, calculated according to Rs.3100 per sq ft and sold at a total price of Rs. 48.36L to 50.18L.

hi, I have some contacts in the project so I can give you quite a bit of information about the Mather Highlands residential property. The project is first of all being built by renowned builders Mather Projects Pvr Ltd, and will be in possession from December 14. The apartments are divided in to 6 blocks with 15 floors, and are totally about 100 to 500 units in number. They have been built on an area of 1233 to 1619 sq ft and are available in 2 or 3 BHK option priced between 38.22 L to 50.18L. It is located in the beautiful locality of Kakkanad in Kochi.
