@Balaji and Amarnath, Have you guys booked an apartment in this project? Any idea when it was launched and how much time will it take for the possession? Which banks are providing home loan for the same?
Yeah I am planning to book one but not so sure about the area. The project was launched 1 and half year back and the expected possession is by 2016. There will be 48 units with 48 car parking. Banks tied up with this project are State Bank of India, Can Fin Homes and Karnataka Bank.

Yes the project offers only 2 bhk apartments and the size would be 950 sqft. The cost of a 2 bhk will be Rs 40 lakhs excluding registrations and tax. tHe project is known to be approved by BBMP, A Khata.
