What is the connection between this project and Lahari Homes. According to GHMC both these layours are different?

Q: There are few questions about the project -
The sanctioned lahari layout is completely separate from sanctioned Adi Emerald layout.
Since the road leading to Adi Emerald is passing through lahari layout - there is no restriction as per GHMC to stop any one from accessing Adi Emerald
There are NO restrictions Lahari layout members can impose on Adi Emerald members.
This should be ascertained by the builder.
The appropriate GHMC documents (directly from GHMC office) must be checked to ascertain all facts before dealing with any of Lahari layout members on access to Adi Emerald and other issues.

The adi emerald is by it self a gated community. It need not be dictated by Lahari homes on access to it and other issues.

This should be clarified and bye-laws of adi emerald should not contain anything to do with lahari homes.

This projects owners must immediately form a society, and form their rules. The electricity connection work is going on, and it is dictated by the Lahari Layout. The owners should pay only what the electricity board charges for the connection and its installation.

As said earlier, Adi Emarald by itself is a gated community, should apply for the water connection, immediately.

The most important guideline for the project are the bye-laws document, ensure that it does not contain any statements where in Lahari Homes impose any restrictions and financial obligations on Adi Emerald apartment owners. Check with GHMC - the roads and park in Lahari homes is a GHMC owned and maintained property, and NOT a property of Lahari homes. Get all right documents directly from GHMC, do not rely on what Lahari homes people say.
Further, this property must right away apply for water connection.

Thanks for giving the valuable information. It will realy helpful for the buyers of this project and also for those who are planning to invest. Plz. check the required documents before investing any of those projects. It will be more helpful if you go for a site visit and investigate the above mentioned issues.
