Orbit Ashwa by Orbit Group is a KMC approved project and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are funding this project. Booking amount will be 10% of the registration + service tax. It will cost around 1 crore all excluding. And basement parking charge will be Rs.7.5 lacs.
