Q: Hi, i have booked a 3BHK property in Avishi Trident in 1386 sq-ft. Can anybody tell me about the lock in period of this project?

Hi everybody,
What are the various sizes available in 3/4 BHK? What is the current price going on? Who are the electricity and water provider in Avishi Trident? How much they are charging as a booking amount? It is also heard that they are charging Rs. 25/sq-ft 3rd floor onwards?

Hi Diptarishi,
Avishi Trident offers 3BHK from 1386/1395/1604/1649/1658 sq-ft and 4BHK from 2109/2165 sq-ft. The current price is Rs. 5200/sq-ft. It is a B+G+18 storeys apartment consists 193 units in 3 towers. The project spread over 140 cotthas.

It is heard that the booking amount will be Rs. 2 lacs and 3rd floor onwards Rs. 25/sq-ft.

I haven't visit the site but as per the information by their marketing guy KMC water supply will be available and the project has electricity connection with CESC.

WC....
They are still waiting for banks approvals after submitting all the required documents. Avishi Trident is a KMC approved project and has got all the required approvals.

What about the car parking and maintenance deposit? When is the project possession date?

Okey.....
They are providing three levels of car parking and their charges are Open car parking - Rs. 3.5 lacs, Basement Car Parking-5.5 lacs and Covered car parking-5.5 lacs. There is a provision of servent quarter but yes it is optional.

As per the information share by their executive, the date of possession will be November'2017 but 6 months grace period.

Even i was planning to invest in this project and had a word with their marketing guy and found that the lock in period of this project will be 1 year.
