Yes I also agree with him. I think its a good time to invest in the real estate market in Kaloor. The prices are going to be rises soon, with the rising demands for residential buildings to house the number of people who are going to be attracted in by the job opportunities. Besides housing more firms, this ITeS is also focussing on bringing in a younger crowd by supporting a number of start-ups. Currently the place has facilities to set up call centres or BPO offices. They are undergoing renovations to be able to incorporate different types of companies here.

Actually, it is a good time to invest in property in Kaloor. Work is in progress to boost young entrepreneurs. One specifically comes to mind – the ITeS sector in the Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium in Kaloor, which is getting converted into a technology cum business hub. This project is currently undergoing rapid expansion to accommodate more and more companies. You know what that means, increased job opportunities, and a definite growth in demand for real estate around this area.
