No, they are not negotiating or the price quoted but they are giving home furnishings for upto Rs. 3 Lacs*on booking an apartment at Nitesh Chelsea.

As per my knowledge, the project is a good choice for investment purpose... Why???

Advantages: 1) Located in a well-established residential area
2) Close to schools, shopping malls & hospitals
3) Proximity to Metro stations

Hosur road was once an outskirt locality in Bangalore but now Hosur Road has good connectivity to downtown city areas by BMTC bus services. The commuting will become more easy and smooth once the proposed Namma Metro gets operational. The National Highways Authority of India has constructed a 10-kilometer-long elevated highway from Madiwala and Electronics City. This toll road has made travel to Electronics City a lot easier. Investing in this project is a good idea indeed :) :D

It is a pre launch project and the pre launch price going on in this project is in between Rs 4400 to Rs 5000. Nitesh Chelsea offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments but the sizes and possession date has not been disclosed.
