Talawali Chanda is nearly 10 kms away frm the city and thus for a long time now, te residents here have been facing water scarcity and low pressure of water. This problem aggrevates during the summer months when there is acute water shortage.

Yes, being close to the AB road, the real estate in Talawali Chanda has seem quite an improvement in the recent times. Also, with the presence of the Central Institute of Tenchnology and the Central Indian Institute, this place has good commercial establishments for the student population.

I have recently heard that the Lasudia More lake near Talawali Chanda is getting modified and plans are underway to clean up the lake and the garbage that has been piling up the lake. This will be such a relief for the residents around Talawali Chanda.

Hey, Talawali Chanda is also in close proximity and to may bus stops and like the Indira Gandhi ibustop, which is 11 km away, and the Laxmi Bai Nagar Railway Station is also 11 km away.

Hey Talawali Chanda also has many schools in the locality like the Laurels School, the Vidya Bhavan Public school, but the medical facilities are slightly away. you have the Life Care hospitals 7 km away and the Ashadeep Hospital is 8 km away.

hey, i think the present price in Talawali Chanda is about 2,100 rupees per sq ft and there are many residential projects that are coming up here. Also the area is good in terms of connectivity and it falls on the Agra - Bombay road.

It is a pretty good idea. Amitesh nagar is also another locality in Tiwali Chanda that is growing. There are many gated communities present in that area. The sarthak Singapore Green view rooms, and IDB Valencia Gardens are just 2 examples. Many people prefer to stay in these communities as all the facilities are provided within the premises. SO if you're buying to rent the house then maybe it isn't that much of a good choice. It is a pretty good idea. Amitesh nagar is also another locality in Tiwali Chanda that is growing. Talawali Chand is at its best right now, property wise and development wise. The infrastructure in the area seems to be improving drastically and the areas where Manglia and Mahalakshmi Nagar are situated are prime locations which have all the facilities around them. You don't need to travel much to the main city as there are schools, colleges and hospitals all close by. I'd suggest you definitely consider it. Thumbs up! :)
